Instead of calling this a entertainment venture I really should call it a technical difficulties venture, because that's really all that has been happening since I started this. First my internet wasn't really good enough to stream on reliably, so I went through getting it upgraded and buying a new router, which wasn't the cheapest thing I've set money one for this. Then when everything should have been working I had purchased a video capture card, but the laptop that I was working off of decided that it didn't want to install the drivers, and wouldn't accept the ones that I had downloaded from their website. FINALLY after I fixed all of that, which wasn't difficult I'm just stupid (not really), I started to really worry about whether or not the laptop I was working off of could actually handle the streaming, and video processing and everything. So my brother offered to let me use his computer which could handle all that and then some. Only problem is: it is currently running windows vista. You know what doesn't work on windows vista? Every streaming program, well at least the ones that I plan on using. I know it sounds like an easy problem, just download or buy a newer operating system and install it, boom problem solved. That's what I thought too, so I bought and downloaded windows 10, figured I get it on the newest operating system. Little problem though, windows can't actually update from vista to 10, its too much of a gap. SO I need to update to something that is newer. So I'm not wanting to buy another operating system, plus they don't sell windows 7 in stores anymore, which is insane to me. I'm told that there might be a disk that my brother has with windows 7 that came with this computer, he just needs to find it.

SO what does this all mean? Well, to be honest, this is more of a rant just to get things off my chest. I've invested a lot of time, effort, and money in on this whole thing, and I'm only getting roadblocks at every turn. Though, its like they always say "nothing worth anything in this world comes easy". This is ultimately my dream that may or may not come true, so I know that I'm going to have to work long and hard at it. I mean, if anything I'll have a pretty cool website to look at by the end of this right?

This is getting a little long, so I'm going to wrap it up. The streams should be starting as soon as I get this computer finally running the way that it is supposed to be. Until then, I've recorded some podcasts and am currently working on editing so I can upload them and have at least a little bit of content out in the world. Thank you for reading if you took the time, you guys are awesome.
